Ordering from the website:

Please send us an email from the contacts page to order any items. We have more time to answer emails than the phones especially in our peak seasons. Some items may be out of stock or unavailable due to stock not being available from our suppliers. If we need to order in your items for you, these are usually available from 3 to 7 days. We will soon be working on a shopping cart to make ordering easier.

We DO NOT hire glassware interstate or to North Queensland due to them being fragile and too expensive for freight. Shipping/postage interstate is available for most purchase items. Please call or email us with item, amounts and delivery details for a freight/postage price. For fragile items, we may be able to organise shipment direct to you from our suppliers. Minimum orders may apply.

Payment can be made over the phone with credit card  (2% surcharge), Direct Deposit into our account or instore. Please email us for bank details.

Appointments are not necessary but please be aware that we are busy on Saturdays between 10am and 12pm, so seeing us outside of these hours is preferable, especially in peak season.

Delivery is available for a fee. This will depend on when delivery is required and travel time.
